Black never ever gets to e5. Actually Black has to prevent White
capturing the last f6 pawn. Also there is no tempo gain ever
possible, because in all variations White always has 2 choices to move.
(May be you overlooked that White is to move in the beginning
and already wins the important tempo with attacking the Bishop?)
Without the bad placed Bishop f3 Black would win easily.

e.g. 1.Kg3 Bc6 2.Kg4 no more progress possible...
-> 2...Kf7 3.Kh5 etc.
-> 2...Bb7 3.Kh4 etc.
-> 2...Kh6 3.Kh4 etc.
