Yes.

>Is the CAP data perfect?
No.  Of course not.

Crafty knows to take the data with a grain of salt.
So a score of -1.8 pawns might be ignored if the move has a good winning
percentage, but a score of -3 pawns will be used to avoid a move (roughly
speaking).
