Only other >people have that obligation. First I left out a word, that should have been "... I don't see why you think ...". The reference to the "spirit" of the original distribution indicates to me that others are requested to do as Bob is doing. Bob is not making public every little change he experiments with, only ones he eventually concludes are worth keeping. James B. Shearer
