Subject: Converting ELO Ratings to USCF Ratings

If a chess computer has an ELO Rating of 1960, what is its equivalent USCF
Rating. Many chess computers come with ELO Ratings, but I need to know what
their USCF Ratings are. Is there a general formula for converting from one to
another?

Can anyone help me with this?
