Fair chance you are correct

I would not mind seein Svidler win today and wind up in first place - Kramnik
and Van Wely drawing

long odds on that however

I would not mind a Naiditsch win either

also not very likely but with better odds than above senerio

Personally I rather not see Kramnik have a share in first place

Is there some kind of tie break system in place ?
