You should also be aware that a lot of authors of chess engines (i.e Fruit, Prodeo etc) are reading this forum. They are more interrested in actual results and games than to read their engine is crap. And thirdly, there are a lot of people here (leave me out) who make testing quite professionally and I neither think that their settings are nonsense nor that they take drugs.
