Reply to Mr. Fernando villegas: I am glad to know that you are Founder Father. Then your responsibility increases to 10 fold. Further, decency and manners are individual traits. As Founder Father (or individual), you would like to have or not, it is your personal choice. Calling a software company head "boy" reflects your attitude, not mine.
