Absolutely. People are different. I even had a case where both the seller and I
were d'accord regarding everything: I've seen the computer, have spoken with the
seller and even the price was okay for both -- alas, the seller decided not to
sell for whatever reason... (maybe he didn't intend to part with his baby at
all?).

You always have to expect everything in this hobby...
