>Sure we could spend a TON of time venting our opinions, and reading those of >other CTF'ers. But would our opinions change? Would yours? Would anyone's? > >Probably not. > >So at the end of the day, you've aggravated your carpal tunnel syndrome, and >spent a lot of time accomplishing what, exactly? > >Because the fun is communicating about CCC, not CTF issues, for me. i agree 1000% its almost as if i wrote this i posted on the CTF when i first found these sites i have never even ONE time seen anyone change their opinion even once on anything no matter how small the issue basically the CTF is a site created to enable members to "let off steam" in an effort to keep this site on target with topics discussing chess computers apparently this was an outgrowth of some very bad experiences with the RGCC where people were actually threatening to kill each other so this site was created with a charter to keep the discussion civil and then the CTF was set up to let others speak their minds about anything but to actually post there and engage in an intelligent discussion where someone will listen to an opinion and consider it and possibly alter their outlook a bit?? forget it.. not happening Best Steve
