Most chess programs do not claim the 50-draw before making the 50th move (100th
ply), or by putting the move into the notation only. They move and then claim
although at that moment, they do not have the move. It has always been like
this, although it's not FIDE compliant. You will also notice that in case it's
your advantage to get a 50 move draw but the program loses 0.5 points by that,
the program will still announce the draw. A human player would be happy when you
miss the claim. The same goes for the 3rd repetition rule. Programs typically
don't care if these draws are to their advantage or disadvantage. They may be a
queen and a rook up, but as soon as the opponent manages to get such a draw,
they are happy to put the message up in your favour. Very friendly opponents :)

But they main thing here is: There was no 50 moves draw in this game. The last
move should have been a no-pawn no-capture move, but it wasn't. The pawn move
restarts the 50 move counter.
