As Manfred Meiler has done an excelent job testing lots of programs (including
several versions of each) with the WMTEST.

I sugest you to download the latest WMTEST databse at:

http://www.computerschach.de/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=52&func=fileinfo&filecatid=12&parent=category

There you will find the programs and their scores at attacking test, positional
test and endgame test.
Every program with scores above 2500 in all three tests colud be GM strenght.

Just consider that Shredder7UCI is the first one below 2600 (Endgame) at General
Ranking 85!
