I'm sure I've seen this before somewhere.. But, in 1908 there were of course quite a few romantic attacking chessplayers who could have played this, and, with not always very experienced opponents, these kind of combinations maybe happened more frequently. Pro Deo 1.1 Vulcan sees the first move of a combination after 3 minutes 44 seconds, which is probably a ply later than your Chessmasters if that find the same move in 1 minute. But as the PV is shorter than 7 ply I think it does not show any quiet moves from Black here? 00:00:00.2 -0,11 3 8385 b5 Nxc5 bxa4 f3 00:00:00.2 -0,82 4 18001 b5 e5 O-O exf6 bxa4 00:00:00.2 0,00 4 24531 Nd7 Nxc5 Nxc5 Qe3 Qf6 00:00:00.2 0,00 4 25413 Bb6 00:00:00.2 0,17 4 26087 Bb6 e5 dxe5 Qxe5+ Ne6 00:00:00.2 -0,19 5 33257 Bb6 e5 dxe5 Qxe5+ Ne6 Re1 00:00:00.3 -0,11 6 91666 Bb6 e5 dxe5 Nxe5 O-O Nxg4 Nxg4 d3 00:00:00.4 -0,25 7 226852 Bb6 e5 dxe5 Nxe5 O-O h3 Be6 d3 00:00:00.8 -0,14 8 563006 Bb6 e5 dxe5 Nxe5 O-O h3 Bf5 d3 Re8 Bf4 00:00:01.7 -0,14 9 1466016 Bb6 e5 dxe5 Nxe5 O-O h3 Bf5 d3 Re8 Bf4 00:00:10.1 -0,07 10 9335087 Bb6 Nf4 Nd7 d3 Nc5 Be3 Nxa4 Bxd4 Bxd4 Nxa4 00:00:12.8 -0,07 10 12107781 b5 00:00:13.7 0,16 10 13010270 b5 e5 O-O Nxc5 dxc5 f3 bxa4 exf6 Nxc2 Qh4 Nxa1 fxg4 Qd4+ 00:00:16.9 0,13 11 16324326 b5 e5 O-O Nxc5 dxc5 d3 Re8 Bb3 Nxb3 axb3 00:00:30.6 0,30 12 30114430 b5 e5 O-O Nxc5 dxc5 exf6 Re8 Ne4 bxa4 Qe3 Qd5 d3 Nxc2 Qf4 Nxa1 00:01:16.7 0,21 13 80011406 b5 Bb3 Nd7 Nxc5 Nxc5 00:03:44.6 0,21 13 235556757 Nf3+ 00:14:24.4 1,87 13 871069331 Nf3+ gxf3 Bxf3 h3 Ng4 Nf4 00:22:33.5 1,95 14 1383851792 Nf3+ gxf3 Bxf3 h3 Ng4 On Athlon 3200+, 200 Mb TT
