It seems that Kasparov had a lot to say about how he thinks Karpov would have beat beat fischer in 75. I think this is his indirect way of saying he was better then fischer since he beat Karpov. However, it's interesting to note that Kasparov was having trouble with Spassky in the early 80 in many tounaments. This leads me to beleave that in late 70s fischer would have dominated the both of them. Here are 2 examples however there are more. Boris Spassky outlasted Kasparov in 1981 at Tilburg in a great battle. Kasparov (2630) Spassky (2630) 0-1. Lets cheer the real hero in the 72 match where Spassky could have walked away with title in hand when fischer pulled his no show act.
