Dave, CM6000 is advertised for Win95/98. I have seen nothing about it running on NT. I have had many problems trying to get Win95/98 programs running on NT and have failed with most. As far as CM is concerned, I tried running CM 4000 on NT and failed miserably. I would recommend any of the 32bit WinBoard games for NT, Crafty, GNU, etc. All the bells and whistles aren't there but these are excellent programs and the Crafty engine will do analysis with WinBoard.
