      Hi George
A known problem in so far as it happens occasionally.
From my experience there is no other choice than to
deinstall and reinstall the Fritz-GUI. But before
doing so you should first try to reset the GUI to the
standard settings. If this does not work, make a backup
of your engines folder before you start removing the GUI
from your harddisk. This will allow you (after reinstall
of the GUI) to copy all your engines in the new engines folder
thus avoiding to reinstall all your engines.
