I know im not nearly as good with this stuff as all u guys. Believe me, i wish iwas. Here is what i need help with. With pro deo after the download i was told to double click on the zip file and then go to the top of the page it brings up . Then i click on file, then extract all. What im trying to do is get it in my list of chessbase engines. I was told i am supposed to be extracting these files into the Documents/Chessbase/Engines Folder. When i click on extract all, it takes me to the Compressed Folders Extraction Wizard. When i click next, it takes me to a page that says select destination at the top. Below that it says select a folder to extract the files to. (looks like ther is a default folder in the directory, but its not what im looking for. Do i delete it out and type in where i want to go, or click on browse.? When i click on browse it brings up Documents, My Computer, and Network Places. Obviously my only choice here is to click on documents. When i click on that the first item it brings up is chessbase. I have checked all the subfolders under chessbase, and everything else in the list, and i cant find the Chessbase/Engines folder. I feel like im close to where i need to get and be ready to install the engine in chessbase. But i cant find the folder Chessbase/Engines. I cant extract something to a folder i cant find. PLease help, anyone. thanks, george This is all so frustrating!
