I had an order in for the 2265 from day one. So I am sure I got one of the first
runs of this product. I was sent 5 of them, some had bad LCDS and 2 of them did
not work at all. This is the only time I ever had a problem with a chess
computer.

I got good money for it, but like anything that is collectable it is worth more
today then what I sold it some years ago.

I still have a working chessmachine with the 14Mhz risc chip. It is still in my
8088 IBM, with a hugh 20 meg harddrive and 5.25 in floppy. The last time I
turned it on. It sounded like a siren going off as it warmed up.:)
