Without having read the Email, I personally would not take such an action. From
the number of people who have responded to you, I would think that you would
realize that they consider leaving a mistake. I had a similar opinion with Ernst
and although he only comes back to correct some technical oversight once in a
while, it is good to read his messages when he does (and he is kind enough to
send an occasional personal Email).

Do yourself a favor. Take the weekend off away from CCC and approach it again on
Monday. And if you like, you can send the Email to me. I will be glad to rip it
to shreds and return it to you in little pieces to show you how absurd and
ridiculously humorous inappropriate communications can be.

PS. Play your computer on a low setting over the weekend and pretend that it is
the moderator. Always works for me.
