If you define it as a game that leads to forced AND beautiful variations and not only in a game that leads to beautiful variations then yes this is not Kasparov's best game as capturing the Rook is a mistake among others too. But declining the Rook sacrifice is not easy and obvious at all........The variations that occured were amazing, spectacular and every similar word that anyone can find!
