Steve I'm truly frustrated with this one!

Compuchess was first guessed by Tom below, about 3+min. over me, then he
realized it had one other criteria, it must run on batteries, and I overlooked
that as well...sigh..!

So this is my last attempt!

I believe it is the first chess computer I ever played and I trounced it badly
well in the store:))

The portable was Tandy Computerized Chess manufactured by Scisys in 1979.
