Well the auction has finally ended and of course there was indeed a bidder one bidder..and one winner the very same CCC member that fired off the e-mail to the seller in the first place which caused him to re-list the computer again(reneging on his deal to go behind Ebay) while there is no Joy in Mudville perhaps there is some Justice? after all if not for this members pursuing the issue further this CC1 would have made its way to a buyer of less then honorable repute,who in turn would have only offered it again on Ebay(or sold it privately)at a far greater price one could argue the member deserved the computer and won it fair and square and of course the winner assumes a high degree of risk because he will have to now pay for the computer and hope for the best,no foregone conclusion with this seller who backed out of two deals already (and will now be paid twice for the same computer) on the flip side of the coin,if the seller received NO bids ,Justice would have clearly been served for obvious reasons your thoughts?
