Hi all :-), the new version tournament 40/40 (2Ghz)is finished giving 418 games to each of the engines participating. Best performance we saw by Pharaon 3.3, Scorpio 1.3 and Glaurung 0.2.4. An overall final score is here: http://www.husvankempen.de/nunn/tabellen/nvges.htm The amount of games is not sufficient and with additional games from CEGT City Grand Prix and matches for this engines there can be seen considerable changes in ELO with a few hundred games more. To give maximum fun to the testers we are experimenting with new tournament schemes. So for example a Fantasy tournament will be started on August, 13th combining role playing elements and an engine tournament. Of course games will also be with CEGT time control and all games will be included in our rating list. We still need people who want to build a team as team leader (average ELO 2600 according to CEGT rating list).
