Hermann 1.3.5 is one of the weakest FRC engines at the moment and even Frenzee 1.57 is much stronger than the latest released version of Hermann. After the Chess960 W.C.C at Mainz 2005 which will start in 10 days, I will match all the Chess960 Engines. PS: I believe that Pharaon-Frc, The Baron-Frc, List-FRC and Quark-FRC will be among the strongest free versions after the Mainz Tourney. For Commercial-FRC, I believe that Shredder-FRC has the edge, and I have not seen or tested the HIARCS BETA yet. There must be a good reasong for HIARCS-X FRC not to participate.
