I would of course like to see Shredder support several types of FEN.
Shredder-FEN is easy to understand and is therefore a nice standard.
It will surely not be sacrificed because of subsets or supersets of normal chess
with no GUIs.
I read somewhere that some castlings tags of X-FEN are 4 characters long,
while some are 5. If that is true, then that is not good at all.
Shredder-FEN does not have such a nasty problem.
