Are these normally won, or normally drawn, or "difficult to say": endgame of Queen + (Knight OR Bishop) vs. Rook + (Knight OR Bishop) endgame of Rook + Rook vs. (Knight OR Bishop) + (Knight OR Bishop) endgame of Queen vs. Bishop + Bishop endgame of Queen vs. Bishop + Knight endgame of Queen vs. Knight + Knight One reason why I'm asking: [D]8/5q2/5k2/8/3K4/2NN4/8/8 w - - Is a draw. Replace 1 or both knights by a bishop, and it's a loss! I guess this is because the bishops can't cover each other. -- GCP
