Dear Steve, Thanks for the information (which would have been hard for me to find on my own). The ELO Rating of 1580 seems about right. I never had too much trouble beating the Team-mate when I used to play against it. I vaguely remember calling Saitek years ago, and they told me the USCF Rating for the game was in the 1600's. Unlike the Kasparov Team-mate, the Excalibur Grandmaster is much more difficult to beat. I have played several games at the 30 minute blitz level, and I very rarely win. I'm glad I took your advice and bought the EXGM. It will no doubt be a good teacher for me in the future. Thanks for your help once again. Victor
