Iirc it was decited on the Triennial ICGA Meeting by the participants of the
2002 WCCC in Maastricht and the board of the ICGA. One title - that's it. No
more or less worthless and anachronistical Micro- or Single-CPU-, Amateur- and
whatever titles.
