Check out this link collection, then:

One correspondent told me he had a copy, purchased in Paris.
Myself, I have only the demo.

The demo can be downloaded from:
http://www.titusgames.com/virtualchess/virtual.htm
It is restricted to playing the first 20 moves.

It seems fairly nice - it has EPD/PGN support,
and you can choose between seven languages for the menus, including:
- German
- French
- Spanish
- English
- American
- Dutch
- Italian

(In case anyone is wondering about the differences between the
 English and American menus:
Color/Colour, Analyse/Analyze, were the only differences I spotted)

The only place I have heard of it being sold is in France.
In January, the U.S. distributor thought they might be releasing
Virtual Chess Mac this month - I made a note to check next month.
