Despite the fact that there is guaranteed to be SOME frustration, most likely
with the puzzles, we did try to make sure that the game would always be fun, and
that nobody would get permanently stuck and give up. So we added lots of clues
to the more difficult challenges.

The hardest part, though, was something that we were afraid of but really
couldn't do too much about, and that is the fact that most people don't play
computer games to READ. Therefore, all of our hints and clues would very likely
be missed by the typical user, particularly since the hints would be given AFTER
an unsuccessful attempt to solve a puzzle. So users would just quickly click
through all the messages beforehand and get straight back to trying to solve the
puzzle.

Glad that you're smarter than the typical user, and have noticed our efforts.
