I have no idea about Shredder Classic 1.3's strength, but as I have
told you already a while ago, your machine has very strange hickups
and I cannot imagine even Shredder 1.3 Classic would need over one minute
often to reach mere depth 11 - sometimes I see Fruit 4-7 plies deeper
than Shredder, when normal Shredder reaches more depth than Fruit.
May be you work or surf or do something else, or all togther during
your matches? Or you have a faulty set up(hash settings?swapping?)?
In this case it would be better you won't attempt to build a rating
list for FRC programs.
Is Shredder 1.3 Classic free, then I would check it for you myself?
