Hi Stefan, I have recently been running some engine matches on my pc in the chessbase GUI. It appears that even with position learning turned off that S9 still learns. Is this true? Thanks Harvey Hi Harvey, Shredder is not learning with this option but will keep his hash tables which has similar effects until restarting Shredder again. You can also switch of "keep hash tables", then Shredder will always start the search from scratch. Best regards Stefan Meyer-Kahlen
