Well, i try now to make it clear and ends up this nerves topic:

1. Thomas must even publish the source if he published a new version.

2. Thomas must give his source too if he send new alpha/beta versions to test
people

3. The tester can published results of this versions and they don't need to
published the source expect they offers a binary for download.

All others are easy wrong and won't follow the GPL.
