Yes, that's all right.
Remember that we're only talking about the GPL.
If it's good or not isn't crucial.

Fabien wants some "extensions" in this handling and i would say that all guys
should follow this line, because it prevents some special problems in our
community.

But again, this "extensions" are no components of the GPL.
