Hi George
Your "problem" is a very specific one, almost for sure
only relating to your PC/software installation. In such
cases nobody can really help you here. I would however
suggest that you search for the file "App80.ini", maka a
copy of this file and then delete the original. If you
still have the same problem after this procedure, I can
only recommend you to deinstall Fritz8 or whatever GUI
you are using but before doing so and reinstalling Fritz8
please make a copy of your folder "C:\Programme\ChessBase\Engines"
to enable you to copy all your now running engines in the
new engine folder.
