Hi Thomas,

When Fabien says "the new version will be released", we know what it means, but
when his cloners do modifications (sometimes in secret), we do not know what
could happen:

a) public release of a Fruit variation, or
b) secret apropriation of Fabien“s intelectual property.

That is the problem. So, it is not the same when Fabien and his team work on his
open source engine, or when his cloners do modification on his engine.

Regards.
HF Pedro
