Very tricky although I think we are strong and regardful. :-)
If there is reason to act we do it with pressure.
And sometimes there are requests of deleting posts where we said "OK, it COULD
be deleted but wait what will happen." We waited and saw that the thread died or
the doubtful statement was ignored so we left it.
I think this is a fine way to handle this group and it worked and still works.
I can't help when Djordje leaves because he can't differ between moderator and
personal e-mail (which he could have got from EVERYONE).
I can't help when Ernst goes because of a message deletion with a doubtful
sense.
And finally I can't help when RT leaves because he has a different opinion of
his obvious insult.
No problem for me, if this is how it goes. It is a pity but I won't beg for
coming back nor excuse for that, there is no reason for excuses.
The cases could have been more objective if both parties would have not been so
rageous.
However, we won't change it.
If there is a fly in your cup of coffee you can decide to call for the waiter to
bring a new one or you can go and leave the restaurant. Seems as if here are
some guys preferring the 2nd alternative.

What we don't want to be discussed is every single message deletion.
