based on the ssdf list it seems to me that you may get at most 150 elo
improvement if you are 10 times faster.

The following is not exactly correct but close to be correct.

A1200 is about 10^0.5 times faster than K6-450 but the ssdf rating of A1200 is
only about 75 ssdf elo better than K6-450.

It means that 10 times faster give improvement of 150 ssdf elo and if you
consider diminishing returns andthe fact that the hardware of ssdf is slow
relative to WCCC hardware then it is probably even slightly less than 150 elo.
