Eelco,

I uninstalled Shredder 9.1 and reinstalled the previous version (after deleting
the entire directory as well, of course).  I then reinstalled my original
version.  I still get the same result.  The problem seems to be here on my end
with my system (as long as others can verify your results), but what the problem
is I cannot say.
