The new Chess960 world champion Spike has published its CCM 2005 games in a to be preferred PGN file fully downwards compatibly using X-FEN: see for X-FEN proposal: http://www.chessbox.de/xfen_e.html - a very welcomed decision! The WMNC itself actually has published all games of this event in a very strange own PGN variation, omitting the necessary tag [SetUp "1"] and cropping the FEN of used starting positions into an own WNCA-FEN by not encoding color, castling flags, e.p. square, etc. - merely supplying the leading piece list alone. Shredder continues to use its incompatible SMK-FEN invention. See a comparision at: http://f51.parsimony.net/forum204700/messages/71.htm Regards, Reinhard.
