Don't ever be afraid to drop me an email if you get stuck somewhere with engines. I don't mind them at all, and many people here email me for various things relating to engines and configuration. Many users have quite a bit of problems using Polygot. Maybe I should put together an installer for many of the free engines out there, and the configuration for the non-free engines that people use.
