Yes, the list is for programs that can interface to ICC. Fics would be fine as well, but we chose ICC simply because there's a bit more action there. There are serveral fine programs that play on fics, and I have asked their authors to consider our list if they ever get an ICC account. Fortress is one, Rabbit, Cilian, Parrot, more. The blitz rating was chosen because that's the preferred mode of play for most people and programs on ICC. It also gives an alternative strength reading to that of tournament or match play, which, due to the samll number of games played, can be misleading. If you know of anyone who wants to be listed, just email me, there's no other requirement other than to have an ICC account (and not to be too strong!) Will
