I didn't find Deep Sjeng vs The Baron game on the Playchess server either.
Gian-Carlo Pascutto (Deep Sjeng) posted it in this forum.

>What's the time control being used for each game?

"The format of each tournament and the rate of play will generally be determined
by the Tournament Director according to the number of programs entered and any
other relevant factors. The 13 th World Computer-Chess Championship (WCCC) will
be a Swiss-system event with 11 rounds in which the rate of play will be 60
moves in 2 hours followed by the rest of the game in 30 minutes."

This is the latest news from the official tournament website
20 minutes before the start of the second round:
"Tournament News

    * The tournament organizers will provide interested participants Dell
Optiplex GX280 computers to run their chess programs during the tournament. The
computers are equipped with an Intel P4 3.0GHz CPU and 1GB of RAM. The Windows
XP operating system will be preinstalled on all the computers.

    * During weekdays/saturdays participants can get hot/cold lunch at Reykjavik
University (RU) cafeteria. We will provide each *team* with 6 free meal tickets
(Mon.-Sat.). The cost of a meal is otherwise approximately USD 8-10.
Additionally there will be free coffee for all participants all day, and light
snack (e.g. sandwitches) in the afternoon."
