I definitely have a problem in that area, but I didn't feel like trying to make a last-minute fix that would leave Peter hanging on to his hat to see what such a "fix" would "break". I have not bothered the "chess skill" part of Crafty in weeks. All I have been doing is working to improve the NUMA issues. it is now scaling perfectly again, after a lot of tweaking and twiddling. I believe that Crafty thought it was almost +2.0 better at one point...
