Among the items that might interest some people here:
the exhibit will have a comprehensive online component, as well as the physical
exhibit itself in California;
displays will range from Turing and Shannon to Deep Blue and contemporary
handheld chess computers;
an open house in September will include a discussion panel with Murray Campbell,
David Levy, and others;
physical objects include the Cray-1 supercomputer, the Apple I, the WWII ENIGMA,
the PalmPilot prototype, the 1969 Neiman Marcus (Honeywell) "Kitchen Computer",
and the Minuteman I Guidance Computer.
