Subject: PGN.exe - What am I doing wrong here?

I am trying to generate the cross table and rankings from the pgn I have for the
WCCC 2005.

When I type PGN.EXE -d wccc2005.pgn -x -h it generates the code for the HMTL
page in the command prompt window, but doesn't actually make the page itself.

What I am doing wrong?
