I'm not an expert on the program you mentioned, but if it is displaying the HTML to the console you could redirect that output to a file using the ">" operator. In your case: PGN.EXE -d wccc2005.pgn -x -h > output.html This will take the output of PGN.EXE and write it to the file output.html.
