I read that Ruffian2.0.0 has bugs in pondering and is relatively weaker with ponder on and Crafty19.17 has bugs (I am not sure that all of them are relevant for bob who used it on ICC because Bob does not use it under windows but they are relevant for most users). Crafty19.17 is probably one of the weaker versions of Crafty in the last years and all the tournaments that I saw suggest that it is weaker than 19.15 Uri
