I think, they won't take part in computer chess championship. It looks like they are not very interested in computer rival chess. However, it is my personal view that Fritz 8 bilbao still understands chess much better than Shredder even. It always offers very interesting and sound moves even in very hard strategic games. As to Shredder and others, sometimes they produce just stupid blunt moves and repeat moves without being able to find a good plan. I hope, Fritz 9 will not lose the usual positional flavour we like so much in Fritz 8 Bilbao.
