Subject: How to get Toga11 1.0 to include a book

   I just now downloaded Toga11 1.0 and it plays, but minus it's opening book!
 Am I doing something stupid or what? I have had Fruit2.1 for over a month and
it plays fine. Any help would be appreciated.
