Hello Cesar, This is just to say that the author from whose work one of the more famous derivatives of recent times is taken from has already acknowledged that such a restriction is seemingly not in accordance with the gpl. He even apologised for it. Given that, to me, this extensive post seems out of context. Of course we cannot say what the effect this will be on the *next* big thing. I say it again, would have been impossible for the spirit to have been followed and the author's wishes observed? Alas the law will trap us all.... That author mentioned above is intending to make changes - not all of then desirable in my opinion. Just my contribution... Later.
